Quick answer
Mirage Estate is a late story area inside Pangzhen, reached through the Green Serpent House. Finish your purple tales before you enter. Inside, take Zhang's chest in the Opera House on your first pass, because PC Gamer reports the door locks after the opera. Its map items count toward Pangzhen's totals.
On this page
This is one of the game's final areas, so this page names late-game items. Bosses stay folded. Is it a region of its own? Not on the map: PowerPyx counts its map items toward Pangzhen, so we don't add them to the region totals a second time.
Before you go in
- Finish your purple tales. Entering Mirage Estate is the main True Ending deadline. The game warns you, but it lets you continue anyway.
- Clear the Serpent Houses. Game Rant says to collect everything from them before you open the Green Serpent House door.
What to watch for inside
Take the Opera House chest on your first pass
PC Gamer reports that the Opera House door locks after you watch the opera, with no way back to the chest inside. The writer isn't sure if this is a bug, and PowerPyx doesn't mark it as missable. Grab it the first time to be safe.
- Open the Opera House. You'll need the Opera Ticket for the main gate.
- Finish Quick Hand's Request. The last three treasures are here. Together they earn the Thundermoon Lantern.
- Clear the Long Pillar. The Mirage Estate Long Pillar is part of Bloodline Awakening.
- Don't rush The Way Forward. PowerPyx advises finishing every quest you can before you continue past it.
- Continue Triple Threat. See the tales guide for the next stage.
