Players (launch) is the share of Steam players who had each achievement on October 30, 2026, the day after launch. Low numbers mostly mean few players have got that far yet, not that it's hard.

One run is enough

The director says most players can earn every achievement in a single playthrough on any difficulty. According to PowerPyx, aim for the True ending so you don't need a second run. None of the achievements require New Game Plus or a specific difficulty mode.

Weapon and combat achievements

Missable achievements to watch

No achievement is officially marked as missable, and New Game Plus resets quests, so you get a second chance anyway. To finish in one run:

Finish side stories before the point-of-no-return warnings. The side quest achievements and the True ending depend on them.
Complete every one of Quick Hand's requests for Lost and Found.
Complete all three healer quests for The Healer's Legacy.
Try each weapon's special move as soon as you get the weapon, so you're not hunting for it at the end.
