Quick answer
Crimson Forest has more missables than any other region. Apprentice Healer and the Medicine Case fail when you beat Jing Ye. Honor Among Thieves, Purge the Sect, Festering Secrets, A Healer's Mercy and three items fail when you beat Bai Chilian, so clear your journal first.

If you only read one region guide, read this one. Two boss fights here shut the door on tales you may have forgotten about, and one of those tales dates back to the previous region.
What to know before you start
- Stop before Jing Ye. Apprentice Healer and the Medicine Case are lost as soon as this boss falls.
- Stop again before Bai Chilian. This is the game's first true point of no return: the Outpost and Thieves' Camp turn hostile for good. Check your journal for every open tale, and accept Secrets of the Baishan Sect here even if you can't finish it yet.
- Don't forget the Long Pillar. Mirrorwood holds the second of the five.
